Kenneth B. Bachelder
10/2/1922 - 12/14/2007 Survived by his daughter, Katarina Daniels and son Lansing Bachelder and his seven grandchildren. Ken, an educated man, served many years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He had an incredible love for jazz and as an accomplished horn player himself, he played with the best. He was a native Californian. Loved the outdoors. He learned to play golf at a young age from his father, an achieved golfer. He retired in Palm Springs to relax and enjoy this great golf game. Ken involved himself in many charities. Never missed an Angel View Benefit Luncheon at Melvin's in 10 years. Through his endeavors over the past four years, he aided in raising more then $30,000 to the Desert Junior Golf organization. He was a strong man, who survived a three year battle with cancer. He was well loved, respected, and will be missed by many. Love you dad!
